"We recently had my daughter's 5th birthday party at Jolly Jungle Café in Towyn, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. My daughter had 15 friends at her party, and when an extra child unexpectedly turned up, the staff accommodated them without any fuss at all. Everything was organised for us from the moment we arrived, making the whole day completely stress-free. For the full two-hour party, they had Frozen music playing, which my daughter absolutely loved. We had a fantastic party host who was brilliant with all the children, putting on Frozen-themed tattoos and helping us with Pass the Parcel and the piñata that we had brought along. The staff took the time to ask each child individually what they wanted to eat, which was a lovely personal touch. They also arranged for Elsa & Anna to come along, and they were absolutely amazing! They sang, danced, played games with the children, and made my little girl feel so special, she was mesmerized by them both, Seeing how happy she was made the whole day unforgettable. I had provided the birthday cake, and the staff kindly cut it up and put slices into the party bags they had prepared for the children. There was also a great play area with a slide, which kept everyone entertained throughout the party. All the children had a brilliant time. Every member of staff was friendly, helpful, and fantastic with the children. They went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, allowing us parents to relax and enjoy the celebration too. Thank you so much to everyone at Jolly Jungle Café for giving my daughter such a magical 5th birthday. We couldn't have wished for a better party, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fun, well-organised, and memorable children's party."

"We had a Princess Party for my daughter at Jolly Jungle Play Café. Emily and Elsa were amazing with the children and there was a huge variety of activities which kept them busy and entertained the whole time including crafting, nail painting and glitter tattoos. I couldn't recommend Jolly Jungle enough - all the kids had a fantastic time, the play area and ball pit were well-maintained and had plenty to keep the kids busy, and the food for the kids had something for everyone to enjoy. Des and the staff handled everything perfectly, all we had to do was bring the cake!"

"We had our son's 3rd Birthday Party here and he had a blast! The team were so accommodating, nothing was too much trouble and pretty much everything taken care of. The young lady doing the entertainment was great with the kids. Would highly recommend."
